Residential Property Management Professional Based in North York, Ontario.
I began in property management as a Resident Manager in 2005 and have built my career in residential buildings since, as a Superintendent in Toronto, a Resident Manager in Burlington and Regina, and most recently a Leasing Agent in North York.
I am detail-oriented, self-motivated and a quick learner. I take initiative when I see an issue, work well independently and as part of a team, and solve problems with facts and sound reasoning.
My nursing degree and my accounting and payroll training inform how I work: patient and attentive with residents, and exact with records and deposits.
Outside of work, I am passionate about photography. It has trained my eye for detail, which carries over into walking a unit, inspecting a move-out and keeping a building looking its best.
